A nice device for its price. Used it for neck massage and even placed it on my arm for forearm massage. I feel some relief. I recommend both the massager and the seller.

I thought it was a 4-hole one, but it was mistakenly ordered as a 2-hole one. Still, the electrical stimulation and vibration effects are It's really nice. 4-prong is good, but 2-prong is also nice without interfering with the top. I am very satisfied.
I'm not sure yet if it soothes the upper back, but it feels like electrodes, heating at different levels, as described. It's a shame you can't lower the sound or turn it off, as it's too loud; don't expect to use it next to your sleeping spouse.
